We are a construction company based in Prague that specializes in complete turnkey reconstructions of apartments, family houses and commercial spaces.

For more than 10 years, we have been helping our clients transform older properties into modern, functional and comfortable spaces for living and business.

Reconstruction of bathrooms

Complete turnkey bathroom renovations - tiling and paving, installation of sanitary ware, water and waste distribution systems, and final finishing work.

Masonry work

We perform all interior masonry work - bricklaying, plastering, stuccoing, leveling and surface preparation before painting.

Drywall work

Installation of plasterboard partitions, suspended ceilings, ceilings and attics. Fast and high-quality implementation for modern interiors.

Flooring work

Laying floor coverings, preparing the substrate, leveling, installing skirting boards and final finishing. We install laminate, vinyl, wooden and other types of floors with an emphasis on precision and long service life.

Frequently Asked Questions

The time depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average: — Apartment up to 60 m² — 2-3 months — Apartment 80–120 m² — 4-5 months. We set the exact dates after inspecting the property and approving the project.

We work with a fixed price, which is enshrined in the contract. After the project and budget are approved, the price does not change. Additional costs arise only when the client’s requirements change.

 

No, it is not necessary. We work with online approval of individual stages. You can be in any country — we approve all stages online (photos, videos, 3D visualizations).

 

Yes, we provide an official warranty: — for construction and finishing work — 24 months. The warranty is part of the contract.
